Issue: The System Administrator has set policies to prevent this installation when Installing MSI’s on a Windows 7
Cause: Check if you have a Group Policy Settings “Disable Windows Installer” set to Disabled for all Applications or Disabled for Unmanaged Applications.
Solution: Set “Disable Windows Installer” to “Enabled for All Applications”
